Since the beginning of 2022 I have worked as an author at Depauw University‚Äôs Janet Prindle Institute for Ethics, Prindle Post.  This ethics newspaper provides approachable philosophical analyses of current events.

Led by Jutta Schickore and William Newman, the Mellon foundation supported rigor project assembled an international group of scholars to explore historical and philosophical dimensions of “rigor” in scientific inquiry. In addition to contributing as a research fellow, I also designed and wrote the content for the website.

Hermann J. Muller: IU Nobelist

I authored and curated this digital exhibition on the life and work of the Nobel Prize winning geneticist and activist Hermann Muller. The exhibition was done in association with the Indiana University Library and supported by funding from the Indiana University Bicentennial Fund.

SCIU: Conversations in Science at Indiana University

From 2019 to 2021 I volunteered as a writer and editor for the Indiana University SCIU science blog. There I learned how to provide reliable scientific information to IU students, alumni, and the broader community, in an entertaining and accessible way.

Indiana Graduate Workers Coalition - United Electrical Workers

Graduate employee unionization and worker advocacy have been a central part of my time at Indiana University. In addition to on-the-ground organizing, I have experience writing and speaking about matters of labor and equity in higher education to both university and community audiences.
